Mood tracking

A little check-in.A wider picture.

A closer look

Choose a mood from Today. You can add words or tags to remember what was happening, without turning every check-in into a long journal entry.

Insights brings your recorded moods into a visual history. See the days you logged and the moods that appear more often; a missing day stays a gap.

With permission, supported Apple Health or Android Health Connect data can put sleep and activity beside your moods. Connections and available data depend on your phone and settings.

Patterns to think about, not a diagnosis

Insights describe associations in the records you keep. They cannot show that one thing caused another, diagnose a condition or replace professional advice. A small amount of data may not be enough to show a useful pattern.

A few things to know

Is mood tracking the same as an AI reflection?

No. A mood check-in records how you say you feel. An optional AI reflection uses selected journal content and credits; you can track moods without using it.

Do I have to connect health data?

No. Your mood history works from your own check-ins. Sleep and activity connections are optional, and you can stop further access in the relevant permissions.
